When They Doubt You (And You Do Too): Men

An online ADHD skills group for men.

Virtual group · meets online by secure video

You’ve apologized for the same thing so many times, you’ve started apologizing in advance.

At work, you’re the one with the ideas — and the missed deadline. At home, she’s stopped asking you to handle things, because it’s easier to do them herself. Nobody says it out loud anymore. They don’t have to.

The planner didn’t fix it. The apps didn’t fix it. You kept trying to solve it on your own, because that is what you were taught a man does. Somewhere in all that trying, the people around you started to doubt you’d follow through. The quiet part is that you started to doubt it too.

Here is what nobody told you: you are not lazy, and you are not careless. An ADHD brain is not a broken brain. It needs a different operating system than the one everyone handed you. In this group you build one, skill by skill, alongside men who get it — and week by week, your word starts to hold again.

Who this group is for

Men with ADHD — diagnosed, or who strongly recognize themselves in it. On medication or not.

What we do over twelve weeks

  • How ADHD actually works: attention, memory, time, and motivation — and why “just focus” never worked.

  • Time that stops disappearing: seeing time, estimating it, and getting started.

  • A planning system that fits your brain, built for your real work and your real life.

  • A planner that thinks with you: we set up an AI-assisted planning system and shape it to the week you actually live, whether you run a household, a career, a course load, or a small business.

  • Taming distraction and procrastination, including the phone.

  • The frustration that turns into anger, and the restlessness that never gets a break.

  • Being the partner and father whose word holds: small promises kept, until the people you love — and you — can count on it.

Your workbook is included in your materials, and you leave with a working system, not a lecture. This group draws on cognitive-behavioral skills for adult ADHD and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

The details

Every group meets online, and that works in your favor.

  • No traffic, no parking, no waiting room. Ninety minutes of group costs you ninety minutes.

  • You are already home when it ends. After a hard session there is no drive to get through. You close the laptop and you are in your own space.

  • Private from the start. Nobody sees you walk into an office.

  • Distance stops deciding who is in the room. Members join from across Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Virginia, Missouri, and New Jersey.

  • Twelve straight weeks is easier to keep when getting there takes one click.
